Hey everybody!
I know I haven't posted in awhile. I've been busy
drawing. Well, here's another character design to
hold you over until I put more stuff up. I hope to do
a few more and then more on to storyboards.
This character is a continuation of the more
"Warner Bros." style after this I'll put up the "comic
book" style I do.

Here's two new character designs. I figured that I should do regular people in my style to
populate the my main character's universe. I still used my style of comic book/animation
to illustrate the look I'm trying to convey.

After this page I'll have to do turnarounds next. The original was more "video game" looking so I
decided to go more animation oriented. I like this version better.

Hey Everybody!!!!
I haven't posted anything in awhile due to the fact I'm trying to prepare for Comic Con.
But never fear, I have something for you. I'm still new to the game of sketch cards but here's some new samples for your viewing pleasure.
I decided to veer away from superheroes for a moment. I wanted to do monsters so I went and found some reference on classic monster movies and did the black and whites you see here. I also worked on a Hellboy card just to see what it would look like.
Then I went back to the superhero world to do Terrax the Tamer, Thanos, and the Hulk sketch to round off everything.

Hello Detective

Hey Everybody!
Here's another sketch for you all to view.
It's one of the all time favorite Batman villains and he's probably the most dangerous.
It's none other than Ra's Al Ghul, the Demon's head. What makes him different is that he has
a vast network of resources to do his bidding and he's exceptionally brilliant. He was able to
deduce Batman's identity and stage an elaborate scheme to see if Batman was worthy to head his operations. Not even the Joker could do that.
Anyway, here's the sketch.

Aneksum, The Equivocater

create some more characters. Who knows, they might work out as a good cosmic story.

Anyway, this is Aneksum, he's to be the major antagonist. It's just a sketch right now but I hope to do a color rendering soon.

Aeonius, the Chronicler

Greetings my people.
Hope you all had a Merry Christmas and I hope you're in expectation for the new year as much as I am.
Here's an old piece I did awhile back. It's a character that I was going to put as the opener to my website. His name is Aeonius the Chronicler and I was going to set him up as a Watcher type character to guide you through the site. The premise was to have the site as a comic book that each panel would take you through to the news, galleries and so on.
I'm still working on it and hopefully it'll be ready soon.
Anyway, here's the color sketch.

Sorry I haven't posted anything in awhile.

Well here's some new sketches I did with a ball point pen.

When I was in Middle School, I used to draw a full comic book with ink pens. Up to that point, I didn't use a pencil as I found that a pen was faster. I love to draw with them still but I don't have enough time as I'm always trying to improve my pencil work. Okay enough expounding, here they are.

These are faces I drew this past week. I was bored at work so I just did them to pass the time.

I love the new armor design but you know what, I grew up on the model Tony Stark had

It's the canucklehead, your pal and mine, WOLVERINE!

To me, this is Wolverine. The uniform looks better than that yellow and blue get-up. I wish they would go back to it or something like it.

To tell the truth, I wanted to put a background on this one but I couldn't think of anything. Better luck next time I guess.

Hey Again. Y'know one of my favorite movies is Enter the Dragon. I decided to do an illustration "inspired" by Jim Kelly in his role as Williams. I really think they shouldn't have killed his character off in the movie. It should have been Bruce and Jim fighting the bad guys at the end of the picture. Ah well, wishfull dreaming.

I know I should've put this up first but I wasn't thinkin' straight. (Ha!)

This my initial pencil sketch for the Beast illustration I did.

I like to work in blue pencil. I guess it's because of the consistency of the colored pencil moreso than an average pencil. I like to work really loose to keep the line "alive" so that when I ink it, the drawing still has some "movement" to it.
